- Councillors Ward Initiatives Fund
Each Town Councillor has £500 to spend each year on local projects. This can be used to communicate with residents, or help local groups with their projects or ideas or facilities.
The money can be pooled between councillors if they wish.
The money has to be spent in the financial year and it has to be committed to an identified purpose by December in each year. Any unspent money will be added to the Council's small grants budget, if it cannot be spent in the year.
