Planning Applications

Whilst the Town Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the Town, the controlling authority is North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) who can choose to take on board or ignore our comments.

The Town Council's Planning Committee meets monthly to consider applications which NNC has consulted it on. Members of the public are welcome to attend the meetings and to put over a point of view about an application if they wish, bearing in mind that the Town Council is just a consultee.

The detail behind every planning application can be found on the North Northamptonshire Council website
