Vegan event returns to town centre

A specialist vegan market will be returning to Kettering as part of the town council's events this Easter.

The Kettering Vegan Market will take over the Market Place, in the heart of the town, on Saturday 13 April.

 Children’s mental health boost with lottery grant

Theatre workshops are being funded by a council grant to help improve children's mental health in schools.

The sessions are being run by Big Bubble Theatre Company after they secured funding from Kettering Town Council.

Holocaust Memorial Day in Kettering

Victims of the holocaust will be remembered in Kettering this year as part of Holocaust Memorial Day.

The event will take place in the Manor House Gardens, off Sheep Street, at 2pm on Friday 26 January 2024.

Kettering Town Council is running the Love Wildlife competition to help boost biodiversity in the town.

Charity fuel grants to help elderly in Kettering

Charity fuel grants to help elderly in Kettering

Fuel grants are being paid out to elderly people in Kettering to help with heating bills this winter.

There were 258 successful applications for the fuel payments which are now being made by Kettering Town Council, totalling just over £17,500.

Road Closures for Remembrance Sunday

Road Closures for Remembrance Sunday

There will be a temporary road closure for Kettering's Remembrance parade on Sunday 12 November 2023.

The closure will affect the following roads between 1pm to 5pm:
Market Street
Market Place
Sheep Street

These stretches of road will be marshalled by One Way Traffic Management and emergency access will be enabled during this time.
